Kimchi pancake, or gluten-free spicy chapati!
Easiest recipe with kimchi for your gut health ;)

Ingredients (2 servings)
Alphajiri's cassava flour 200g
Water 300g
Chicken broth cube 1 pc
Eggs 2 pc
Alphajiri's kimchi, cayenne hot, or any type you like 200g
Garlic chives 50g
Cooking oil 3 tbsp


Procedure

  1. Melt a chicken broth cube into water. 
  2. Pour the broth and eggs in cassava flour and mix well. 
  3. Add kimchi and garlic chives and mix them well again.
  4. Heat a flat pan with medium heat and add cooking oil. Pour the dough thinly on the pan and bake both sides until turning golden brown.
