Miso Honey Mustard Chicken

Try this French-Japanese fusion cuisine! You will be amazed how "miso" acts as a perfect foil for the sweet tangy chicken meat! Enjoy it with some baked potatoes and rocket ;)

Ingredients for chicken (2 servings)
Chicken thigh 300 - 350g
Alphajiri Miso 2tbsp
Alphajiri Honey 2tbsp
Mustard 2tbsp
Sake 1tbsp
Cooking oil

1. Mix miso, honey, mustard, and sake
2. Pour the mixture on the chicken and rub it well
3. Leave it for 30 minutes
4. Pour oil on a pan, turn on heat and cook the marinaded chicken well

Ingredients for Baked Potato (2 servings)
Irish potato 500g
Water 2L
Salt 20g
Garlic - a few cloves
Olive oil 50g
Rosemary Fresh or dried - a few stalks


1. Pour 2 L water and 20g salt in a pot
2. Boil well washed Irish potato (whole or cut into 1/4) in the pot 3. Preheat an oven at around 210 °C or 410°F
4. Drain boiled Irish potato
5. Mix the potato, crushed garlic, olive oil, a pinch of salt, and rosemary
6. Spread the mixture on a baking tray
7. Bake the potato for 20 min
